Three questions to the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
The main UX challenge of the project is to balance complexity with simplicity in designing an intuitive interface for an AI-driven advertising platform. This involves accommodating various advanced features while ensuring ease of use for users with different expertise levels.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
During the design of our ad creation process, we faced uncertainty regarding how users actually created ads and where they specifically needed assistance. Conducting user interviews and several iterations of redesigns, we closely observed user workflows, gathered insights into their pain points, and ultimately identified key areas for improvement. This led us to craft a new ad creation process that resonated with user satisfaction.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
In five years, we aim to become more accomplished UX designers. As for this project, we anticipate its evolution into a more advanced and widely adopted advertising platform. It may integrate cutting-edge AI technologies and expand its user base globally.
