Three questions to the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
The LINGKONG UI has novel features and personalized style, but its biggest challenge comes from user habits, which is also a common dilemma faced by innovative products. Therefore, the LINGKONG UI will pay more attention to the guidance for beginners. Through easy to learn teaching and operation guidance, users can complete the understanding of the key operation methods of the LINGKONG UI within 1 minute. Moreover, the LINGKONG UI also provides functional instructions with a combination of graphics and text within the product, to help users get started with the new product more quickly.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
In the process of developing the LINGKONG UI, we found that users have a very high acceptance of new products. Even during internal testing, users received unexpected positive reviews and actively promoted their products by posting videos on social media. The user's desire for change has deeply touched our team, and we are determined to create products with extremely excellent experiences.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
We hope to change people's perception of television as a product in the next five years. Television is not just a household electrical appliances that can kill time, but also a product that can acquire more knowledge and become a part of a healthy life. And through the environmental protection functionality within the product, carbon neutrality is achieved, making the necessary contribution to our planet.
